That's not called perspective it's FORCED perspective.
It's where you use the angle and distance to make things look relatively larger/smaller. It was used in LotR to make hobbits look the right size. _Zexion |

If you look carefully, and consider the perspective, you'll realise that in the super tall one the camera is actually further away.

Looks to me like they either changed the area or you just moved the camera around to give an illusion using perspective. The bigger shot actually looks like the camera is closer.
